Use the Statistics and Decide

According to the statistics all the negative talk against Arizona’s new law leaves little to hold water. The need to protect the citizens of Arizona is there for all to see. With little left to the imagination anyone with good sense will back down from the lies and rhetoric being spread by the people who are against the law.

 The numbers that are shown for each of the different categories is fact and not made up by someone who has an axe to grind. The F B I has been keeping close tabs on criminal activity with a vengeance, in this country since the 1950s and even before that, trying to get a handle on how to curtail crime across our nation. So all of you that support illegal crossings of our border are actually supporting crime in your own back yard, and might as well open your billfolds and give the crooks you money.

 It isn’t always the drug smuggler that is the cause of all crime in the U S, but many of these crimes are committed by what many of us have come to believe are poor underprivileged migrant workers. This is a lie that many of the proponents of illegal border crossing would have you believe, but it is a far stretch from the truth.

 Coyotes, (who profit greatly from guiding illegals, mules, (drug smugglers) and many other nefarious characters across our borders would have no illegal activity in that area if the border were truly secured. Think about the people they guide across and in many cases take advantage of if they are weak. Do they screen these people to find out who they are, if they are enemies of Mexico or the U S? How many enemies of our country do the ferry into the U S, not caring if they are smuggling drugs, or coming into the U S to do the country harm?

 In their twisted minds they only think of one thing; the money they will make and how they can spend it on good times and a better life for themselves. They could care less if any of the people they are guiding into our country are coming here to do us harm, or to bring illegal contraband to our youths in the form of drugs. The only ones they are afraid to take advantage of are the hard core criminals who would fight back, such as smugglers or people who appear to be willing to fight, maybe to the death. Many of the coyotes work for the cartels and would not dare cross them for fear of retribution that would be swift and deadly.

According to the statistics of the F B I, 83% of the murder warrants issued in Phoenix are for illegal aliens, more than 41% of all inmates incarcerated in Arizona are Mexican Nationals, 53% of the investigated burglaries reported in Arizona are committed by illegal aliens and 63% of all traffic violation stops in Arizona have no license and of that 63% more than 97% of those are illegal aliens. The cost to the taxpayer for the damage done to property alone amounts to more than 2 billion per year in Arizona.

 

Further Statistics

To understand fully the repercussions of what is happening in our country, take into consideration that 75% of those on the most wanted lists in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens and add to that 86% of the warrants issued for murder in Albuquerque alone is for illegal aliens and you begin to see the cost of tracking, arrest incarceration, medical treatment and food can amount to billions of dollars that ultimately come from the pockets of the citizens of California, Arizona and New Mexico alone. 

 In California, more than 25% of all incarcerated inmates are illegal aliens and that number rises to 40% in Arizona and more that 48% in New Mexico. With this kind of numbers of incarcerated being housed, fed, clothed and medical treatment given that is paid for by the taxpayers, how the different states can survive under this load for any length of time is impossible. To sustain our way of life and the infrastructure we must give our citizens, this cost alone is enough to break most states in a short period of time.

 Then you add to this the many women from Mexico who runs to the border to have their child, (more than 380,000) so that child can be born an American citizen and you have an overload factor on the taxpayer that is insurmountable. Most all of these illegals do not pay into our system, so the load is on the backs of the U S citizens alone, to the tune of more than 97%, for the schooling, clothing, (government aid) housing, medical and general welfare of the child, who must be cared for by its mother. That would mean she would stay here at our expense also, until the child is of age. Then she has been here so long that we are bound to let her stay – at our expense of course – for the sake of humanity, since she knows nothing of her original country, Mexico, at this point.

 With this kind of leeching on the taxpayers of this country, anyone can see the burden it places on the American citizen. Where does it say that we must take up the burden of another nation over our own? Do we not owe our first allegiance to the citizens of this country? Should we allow these illegal miscreants to usurp our laws and kill off our economy and our nation? Do you want to increase the crime in the U S to proportions that are equal to the criminal activity in Mexico?

 There are 30% of the people that are in our state and federal institutions (more than 640,000) illegal aliens that is costing our nation 1.6 billion annually. Wouldn’t that money be better spent to help our own overburdened citizens?

 Now think of the damage that the more than 350,000 gang members in Los Angeles, (of which more than 50% are illegal aliens from Mexico) and the damages we incur at their hands and the cost of containment to the taxpayers. Add to that the more than 71%of all apprehended stolen cars in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California were stolen by either illegal aliens, or as transport for illegal aliens by the coyotes. This may begin to give you some idea of the battle that is being fought to close our borders and the reasons for it.

Do any of you out there want to give up the life you have enjoyed for so many years to bring in illegals as citizens? Do you think they should be allowed privileges, when they broke the law to jump to the head of the line?

Another Lesson From History

In June of 1858, when one of our greatest Presidents accepted the nomination by the Republican Party to stand for the Presidency, he gave a speech that has lived down through the years. The words of that speech still ring as true now as they did in 1858. It is time we look back and remember when and where it was given. It was delivered at the nominating convention which catapulted Lincoln into the Presidency.

 

The question at the time of course was whether to admit Kansas as a slave holding state into the Union, and of course Abraham Lincoln, a Republican, was against slavery of any kind. He could see the future of our country and what slavery would mean to our nation, so he voiced those concerns at the convention. They are as follows:

 

“MR. President and Gentlemen of the convention; If we could first know where we are, and whither we are tending, we could better judge what to do, and how to do it. We are now far into the fifty years since a policy was initiated with the avowed object and confident promise of putting an end to the slavery agitation.

“Under the operation of that policy, that agitation has not only not ceased, but has been constantly augmented. In my opinion, it will not cease until a crises shall have been reached and passed.

 

"A house divided against itself cannot stand." I believe this government cannot endure permanently half slave and half free. I do not expect the Union to be dissolved – I do not expect the house to fall – but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing, or all the other. Either the opponents of slavery will arrest the further spread of it, and place it where the public mind shall rest in the belief that it is in the course of ultimate extinction; or its advocates will push it forward till it shall become alike lawful in all the States, old as well as new, North as well as South.”

 

 A Time of New Silent Civil War at Hand

Instead of using federal powers to uphold laws protecting borders, Obama’s administration has chosen to use the weight of the federal government to attack the state of Arizona because it is attempting to legally enforce standing federal immigration laws which the federal government will not enforce.

 

This is consistent with Obama's team of heavy-handed and dictatorial tyranny over the states and the people. It has manifest in several full frontal assaults on both state and individual rights, which are guaranteed to the states. But there is so much more to it than most citizens can see. It is all part of a grand plan for leftist political domination that does not take heed of the people or their desires.

 

Most people are unaware that there are three states in the U S that openly protect and welcome illegal immigrants under state statute. These are Maine, Oregon and Alaska. Illegal immigrants are welcome anywhere within these three states and are virtually protected from deportation in many instances.

 

However, there are at least 24 other states within which more than 50 sanctuary cities exist. They are Arizona, (until recent legislation on their controversial immigration bill) California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Pennsylvania. It is not by coincidence, these same states show up on a few other important lists, to wit: states in the most financial trouble, the highest violent crime rates, the highest unemployment, the most drug and gang activity, the highest abortion rates and the highest foreclosure rates in the country.

 

Notice that all these states and cities are at present in violation of federal immigration laws. Arizona's new law was designed to uphold existing federal immigration and naturalization laws, and nothing more. Instead of applauding Arizona our so called President is suing the state, trying to get the law knocked down. Instead he should be suing the three states and more than fifty cities for being in violations of federal immigration because of their sanctuary statutes, which violate federal law.

 

Those Crossing Our Borders

Drug runners, Illegal immigrants, law breakers, criminals, gang members, and the occasional entity from our enemy nations cross our borders at will and the federal government does not chastise them, but calls them undocumented aliens for fear of offending them.

 

Honest, hard working families seeking a better life for their families come here by legal means, and have for more than two hundred years. Legal immigrants are welcomed here with open arms, as long as they abide by our laws, respect our culture, and seek to assimilate into our society and way of life, becoming citizens in every respect, including learning the English language, the language of the nation. Why won't socialist leaning people like Obama differentiate between these two very different scenarios?

Racial War Brewing

If you object to both the white and black halves of Barack Obama's communist policies, it is becoming clear that a race war is brewing and it won’t be pretty. If Obama was white (instead of instead of only half white), objection to his communist manifesto by executive orders wouldn't be an act of racism. Focus on the black half of his family tree and keep it in mind when asking why Obama's Department of Justice refused to prosecute blatant voter intimidation by ACORN and the Black Panthers during the 2008 elections.

 

White American's can’t oppose illegal immigration without Obama and his troops pointing out that they must hate Mexicans, since it is largely Mexicans who are breaking and entering at our southern border. The race card has been played and we must deal with it, like it or not.

 

Obama's Muslim outreach is there in the form of mosques popping up all over the country, including at 9/11 ground zero, and Sharia Law is taking control in some communities that are now becoming predominantly made up of Islamic immigrants. Opposing this has also become an act of racism according to Obama.

 

The race card is the only card being played in the deck of tricks by Ayers, Alinsky, and Cloward-Piven, and that's because it works. If the opponents of this bull can be played as some racist crackpots, the Obama agenda go along unchallenged. After all who wants to be painted as radical, or racist?

Through leftist groups like LaRaza on behalf of illegal immigrants, ACORN, the NAACP and let’s not forget the New Black Panther Party working for the blacks and CAIR on behalf of Muslims, the Obama administration has created the a racially charged storm across the country.

 

None of these groups are listed on any list of potential domestic terrorists used by Obama and the Department of Homeland Security, for dealing with domestic terrorism, national security. Only right-wing constitutionally grounded taxpayers and military veterans make the list of potential threats under the Obama’s administration. None of this is accidental and racial tensions were nonexistent in most parts of America, until Obama came on the scene.

 

Before Obama was elected to the White House, few cared what color, race, or religion anyone was, but since the election in 2008, racism has been exploited as a political tool to silence any voice of dissent. Obama and his administration want only to subdue the people and carry our country into a Socialist government, with the people only whimpering and crying we are being robbed of our freedom and it looks as though it is just what is happening. 

Is it Possible For Muslims to be Good Americans?

The Quran makes very interesting reading and study material if one has the free time to compare it to the Holy Bible. There are many interesting things that are brought to light why a Muslim can never be a true American, as they have been laid out below.

 The Muslims have vowed “they will destroy us from within” and it seems they have a running start in doing so. The Muslims that live in this country are a very quiet people and go about their business in a quiet manner until you try to pin them down on what they believe. It is a strange way to recruit others to their religion or way of thinking, but on more than one occasion at a gathering in different parts of the United States, they refuse to be filmed and get rather belligerent when someone tries to film them or ask questions about their beliefs.

 They say nothing of the attacks by the radical Muslims such as the ones that tried to kill thousands by hijacking planes and flying into the Twin Towers in New York, or bomb places around the world that hold Christians. It seems not to matter to them that some of the very people they kill are of their own faith and ethnicity, or that many innocent children are caught in these radical actions. The one question on many minds is why are they so hostile to Christianity and why do they do everything they can to destroy it? Are they afraid that the truth of what is printed in the Bible might undermine their own religion? Is their religion that shallow or fragile that it can’t hold its own against the believers in Christ?

 According to the Quran and the beliefs of all Muslims, they can never be true or good Americans for the following reasons:

Religious: Under their own Quran (2:356) No other religion is accepted by Allah except Islam. Therefore a Muslim cannot bear allegiance to a Christian nation.

According to Scripture: A Muslim’s allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and to the Quran. A Muslim may not bear allegiance to any nation that does not owe the same allegiance.

Spiritually: When we pledge allegiance to our flag, we say “one nation under God” as a part of that allegiance and Allah is never referred to a loving God as the Christians of this country refer to our God. Nor is any of the names given to Allah refer to him as a loving entity, and there are close to 100 names by which he is referred in the Quran. So a Muslim cannot bear allegiance to the emblem of our nation and the makes him stand outside the allegiance to his nation if he has become a citizen, thus he is not a true and good American.

 Politically: A Muslim must pay homage to the Mullahs (spiritual leaders) and the teaching of the annihilation of Israel and the United States, whom the Mullahs consider as the Great Satan of our time. This very idea will not allow them to bear allegiance to the United States, and they cannot therefore be true and good Americans.

Socially: A Muslim cannot make friends with either Christians or Jews, because his religion forbids it. This would keep him from being a good and true American.

Intellectually: Muslims cannot accept the our Constitution because it is based on the Bible and Muslims are taught that the Bible is corrupt. Therefore President Obama cannot be a true American nor can any other Muslim.

Philosophically: Muslims believe that Muhammad, the Quran and Islam do not allow freedom of religion or the expression thereof. Take note that every Muslim governed country is either an autocratic government or a dictatorship ruled by the religion they practice. This would not make them a true or good American.

Domestically: Muslims are taught to marry four women, to chastise his wife and physically beat her when she disobeys him. Since neither of these is allowed by the laws of the United States it precludes a Muslim from being a good and true American.

 

The War From Within

After reading and studying the Bible and the Quran, I must conclude that a Muslim would not make a good citizen of this country unless he can change it. In the mean time he bears an allegiance to his religion and his religion alone, and cannot accept the premise of another religion in any way. This would mean that he is on a Holy War quest to destroy any nation that stands for any religion but Muslim.

Don’t doubt for one minute that this is not his aim, or that we are not in a Holy war that sill either destroy what we believe in, our nation, our way of life, or all of the aforementioned. We have a President who has called our nation of Islam and is doing everything he can to make it so, which will ultimately make us into an autocratic nation or a dictatorship. Is this what we want, or what our father founded a new nation for? Didn’t our forefathers come to this new country from many lands to escape religious persecution and enslavement of their ideas? Are we not allowed to be free and retain what we hold close to our hearts and minds? Must we bow to a master as our forefathers did in Europe so many centuries ago?

If we are not careful we will inherit the lunacy of Europe and Asia and become the slaves of other nations. Look around you at the changing faces of your country and ask if you are happy with the direction it is taking. Stand up the government officials that would have you believe that the change will be good for you. Believe me it will not be good for you or anyone else who lives in America.

 

Presidential Oath Broken

When Barrack Obama took the oath of office as the President, he swore to protect, defend and the United States from all foreign and domestic invaders and to defend the Constitution of the United States of America. We are being invaded and have been for the last decade, by invaders from south of our borders – not all of which are of Mexican nationality – and not all who are looking for a better way to provide for their families.

 Many of these invaders are from countries that have sworn to destroy the United States and are bent on doing harm to its people, yet more than 85% of our citizens have voted in polls that the people of this country do not want AMNESTY for the 20 million illegals in this country, (especially those from countries that are Muslim) nor do they want to keep them here taking jobs that we as Americans should have.

 The old saw that Americans will not do stoop labor just won’t cut it anymore. When the jobs get lean, many Americans will do what is necessary to survive, (especially if the federal giveaway programs are stopped) including stoop labor. Think back to the CCC camps, WPA and the many jobs created by the government during the Great Depression era. People left home, traveled far and wide to be able to make money to feed their families. Mexican national laborers were shipped back to their country, to make jobs more plentiful for Americans, then and even after the Second World War ended.

 Now we come to the crux of the problem. Many of the jobs being filled by illegals are not stoop labor, but require skilled personnel, such as the building trades, highway construction, trucking, many factory jobs and even jobs with our government entities. These jobs should be left for our citizens and not the citizens of some foreign country that sends the bulk of the money they earn out of the country. We have laws to hold the greed of many employers accountable, but we don’t use them. We owe our allegiance and responsibility to the people of our country first.

 Our President, Senate and Congress are bent on doing their own bidding, (the broken oath) not the will of the people at large. It is sad to see a President break his oath of office, yet we have not put in motion the wheels that would impeach him for what would be outright treason in any common citizen. Many of us, like the German people of the 30s listened to the smooth rhetoric about change when Obama stepped into the Presidential race, and were lulled by his Charisma. What we got for our troubles was change all right, change of our way of life, our beliefs being attacked, and our very freedom placed in jeopardy.

 

Time For Change That is For the U S Citizens

All we ask for is the aliens to be evicted and the free lunches stopped for all but American citizens. Send the illegals home with the message that if you want to become a citizen of this country, enter it with honesty and dignity as a LEGAL IMMIGRANT. If you want to be a guest worker, get on the list to come here and work, but be willing to pay into the system if you want to work here. Stop trying to usurp our laws, after a reasonable time go home and come back again after a period of time with your families.

 Controlled immigration protects our jobs, yet gives us a pool to draw from our neighboring countries for some labor to enhance our economy in this country. But keep in mind that there is no such thing as a free lunch any place in the world. Keep in mind that the state of Texas was bought with the blood of conquest against a tyrannical government, became a free Republic and later joined the United States as a sovereign nation, keeping the right to secede at any time.

 Keep in mind that California, Arizona, New Mexico and many other states were bought and paid for and now belong to the United States. They were now stolen from Mexico and the citizens of Mexico have no rights in this country except those given by our government and they are not perpetual. We will try to accommodate you in our country, but you must pay into our system of government as do our citizens.

 

Protection For Americans

The time has come for all illegals to leave our country, vacate the jobs they hold, and stop crossing our borders without permission. Clean up your own country and you can have what we hold so dear in this one. Get rid of the cartels that feed their poison to our unsuspecting children and the adult idiots that pump it into their systems. We fought a revolution in the United States to stop abuses that were in place in the U S, and maybe it is time for Mexico to do the same. Maybe it is the only way to clean up the mess that is in your country.

 There is no reason for a guest worker program while we are in a recession and most of the people would oppose such a program being instituted unless it can be proven that there is a labor shortage at the prevailing wage. To protect the American people is of the utmost priority. Maybe that can only be done by creating a border buffer zone of 100 miles from the border and doing what Mexico does when someone has broken their laws. They will shoot you and not hesitate if you break their laws, or will put you in prison for many years with little food. They will not keep you there for long at the expense of their government, letting you drain their funds. They will find a way to end your life that appears to be legal.

 Another problem that arises from illegals crossing our borders is the transporting of diseases that can wreak havoc on our lives and our medical system. American have the right to protection from such diseases and all immigrants who passed through Ellis Island in the past were subjected to screening against such diseases of the day. Is it fair that we turn our heads to illegals crossing into the United States that may be carriers of such diseases? Do we not check fruits, produce and goods shipped into this country from Mexico for anything that could harm our crops?

 It is time for the American people to hold Washington accountable for our safety, since they are the ones responsible. Maybe every state in the country should adopt the same laws as Arizona, Missouri and California and enforce them to the letter of the law. It is time for a get tough government that will uphold the federal laws that are already on the books. What good is a law if it is not enforced? Where is our protection that the federal government promised us? Do we have to take up arms to protect our property and ourselves from this invasion?

In Bed With the Progressives

I have heard all the rhetoric spread by the Progressives, the ‘blue dogs’ and far left wing Democrats about who is guilty of what, but let’s take a look at what the candidates really stand for. I remember my grandmother’s repeating the cliché to me many times, “that if you lie down with dogs you get up with fleas”. This was repeated to me to keep me from associating with the wrong kind of people when I was young, so I wouldn’t be tarred with the same brush as they. I listened but in many cases I did not heed her warnings, and thus as a young boy got in trouble, as we probably all did.

I have watched the way Denish slavered over the many things Bill Richardson did and said that were not open and above board and in her silence she lay down with dogs (so to speak) and she came away with fleas as the metaphor goes. Silence can condemn a person as surely as if they condone an action. I have also watched her vote on things that would waste taxpayer money, while voting against something that would have benefited  the people. She helped our state government move to rampant spending that has put New Mexico in a huge shortfall that she expects, (as do most of the Progressives) the taxpayers to bite the bullet and pick up the tab. Does this sound like a fair way for a Lieutenant Governor to act, even if it is to support her own party's position?

Then along comes a woman who has a proven record of balancing a budget in the District Attorney’s office for over a decade, running a tight ship, while prosecuting the bad guys who break our laws. Then the left wingers slap at her record of prosecution at every turn, hoping to change the perception of the voters. Are we as blind as the people who have backed the likes of Bill Richardson, (who has cheated the people of this state and put us in debt so far that balancing the budget is on our backs). Barack Obama, (who has lied to the American people every time he opens his mouth and disrespects our flag and Constitution) Nancy Pelosi, (who said Congress must vote for the Health Reform bill to see what was in it) and Harry Reid, whom I will leave you to figure out.

Are we as a people, (both major parties) so blind we cannot see what reality is and what is false? Do we stop looking for excuses for a person just because they happen to belong to the same party we do? It is a known fact that we have had representatives in the White House, Senate, Congress and even at the state level who have voted wrong, or voted for a bill they have not read, or a bill they didn’t understand. Yet we make excuses for them, and say well the rest of the time they were doing a good job.

It is the mistakes they make that cost us money, drive us into debt, recessions, and joblessness while growing our government to unmanageable proportions and take us toward a form of government that has been proven throughout history will not work. All this while indebting us to a level that will destroy our very economy. How many times must we make the same mistake over and over before we pull our heads out of the sand and take off the rose colored glasses?

A Candidate With a Record of Working for the People

Susana Martinez has proven herself to the people of Dona Ana County for more than a decade, and is of the people. She will lead this state to greater and better things, and will not be in the pockets of big business, the oil companies, or anyone who works against this state. She has proven to be a honest and frorthright candidate who does what is best for the people of the state for which she will work. The left would have you believe that because a concerned group such as the oil people promote her as a governor, or give her money for her campaign, that she is in their pocket. Wake up people and smell the roses! Any candidate who receives or accepts money from big business, oil, or whoever – is not in every case – in the pocket of those supporters and contributors. Sometimes a person just wants to right a wrong that has either been perpetrated, whether by misconception, or by intention.

This is Susan Martinez. When she saw a wrong being perpetrated against the oil companies who do business in New Mexico, she voiced her opinion about the pit rule which ties the hands of oil developers. These are the people who do business in our state and put a lot of money into the state coffers that you and I would have to pony up if they and when they left the state. Blanket rules are foolish endeavors, even if they are passed in a belief that every oil well, gas well or even a water well is the same, or will encounter the same problems while drilling.

To attack her on this or on the fact that she has prosecuted cases dealing with the drug cartels is totally unfair. If she convicts a gang member who is doing the bidding of a cartel, which gang member, is an arm of a cartel, thereby a member of a criminal conspiracy and working for a cartel. For her to divulge the prosecution of any case involving the cartel or any other ongoing case would not only be foolish on her part, but would jeopardize  those ongoing cases. The dangers to her, even in this country are tremendous, since the cartels have long arms and unlimited funds to hurt people on both sides of the border.

The Mexican government has lost control of their country and the safety of their people is at risk, simply because they did not see the danger of allowing the cartels to exist. They foolishly worked on the premise that the drugs were being sold in the U S and were not a danger to Mexico, not stopping to take into account the billions of dollars being amassed by the cartels that could buy weapons, dictate who gets elected by use of violence, etc. Now that it is too late, they have lost control of their country.

It is time for change all right, but not the kind of change that Bill Richardson, Obama and their minions try to sell the people. It is time for change in our system of control and the enforcement of our laws by our state officials and federal government. It is time to take our heads out of the sand and look around at what we can do to save our state and our nation. It is up to each individual to step up to the plate and preserve what is left of our way of life, before it is too late.
